I pre-ordered factions and for it I have the Factions Pre-order Key to get the;

Exclusive in-game items only availabe to those who pre-order
A 24-hour head start on playing the game when it's released.

For the 24-hour head start, is it just that the Realms don't open to the public till the 29th? We get it on the 27th? It is started on the pre-order disc client?
And how do we get the items. Is it just that when we make a new character, for my example an assassin, I would just start with those two items in my inventory?
And can you trade those exclusive items or is it strictly for us?

Please Help!!!!

this has been answered by everyone hundreds of times. look in "merged: preorder questions" use the search button, or if it isnt working just look on one of the first couple pages.
24 hour head start: get access on the 27th, everyone else gets it on the 28th.
you already have most of the factions client on your computer, it has beeen streamed during updtea and such.

to get the preorder items, go into a town, type /preorder and they will appear in your inventory. make sure you have added your preorder item key, or it wont work. thes items are customized, but any of your charachters cn get them.
